Through strategic networking, engaged in various assignments which used my experience and knowledge. Clients included Careerbuilder.com, Department of Labor, Wabash Publishing Company, amongst others. Projects included, but are not limited to, the following skills and areas of expertise:

Human Resource Management - Established, implemented and led strategic office policies and operations for a newly created position. Directed, analyzed and administered all employee benefit programs. Responsible for recruitment of all levels of the organization as the industry grew. Partnered with employees and management to communicate various human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations. Coordinated employee relation issues. Recommended new approaches to effect continual improvements in efficiency. Oversaw and administered payroll operations and reporting. Continually involved in various personnel issues ranging from performance, developmental needs and personal issues. Active team member of the Safety Committee. Revised handbook and implemented organizational policy. Researched and monitored the most current labor law issues, working conjunctively with the Office of the Secretary and the Office of Public Affairs.

Technology – Created and managed a unique and ever-evolving Access database for the Sales Team. Instilled a variety of group and individual security levels, while attuning the tool to the current business needs of the department. Upgraded computers from a Windows to a Windows XP environment. Identified and corrected any interruptions of service, due to system issues.
