The Business Development Manager will report to the Director of Business Development and work in conjunction with the Business Development team to assist Sales in generating new business, expanding the customer base and driving additional sales within existing customers and will perform the following duties:

- Work with District Sales Managers and Area Managers to strategically assist in the acquisition and development of business.
- Develop strong relationships across departments.
- Work with District Sales Managers and Area Managers to facilitate effective customer business reviews.
- Utilize knowledge of product information, industry tends, restaurant operational solutions and related technologies to reinforce an upward trend in business.
- Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs other duties as assigned to best achieve departmental and company goals.
