About The Role

We are seeking a Client Service Administrator to join our Wealth Management Team in Chicago, IL.

The Client Service Administrator (CSA) trains to become a Senior Client Service Administrator. In addition, the CSA supports Wealth Management teams by executing all administrative functions. The incumbent performs the administrative functions associated with the service of high-net-worth clients while working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Generate account paperwork and marketing materials for current and new clients, prospects, and investments
  • Assist advisors with general meeting preparation for clients and prospects
  • Book all travel logistics for the team
  • Enter team expenses and report gifts to Compliance
  • Assist team in meeting client service minimum standards
  • Organize physical and electronic team folders
  • Maintain and enter accurate team records in Salesforce
  • Provide phone coverage for the team
  • Create weekly team meeting agendas and reports
  • Coordinate information for accurate completion of company-wide projects

Experience and Education

  • Undergraduate degree required
  • One or more years of experience in an administrative capacity preferred
  • Exposure to wealth management or financial services preferred
  • Experience servicing customers and third-party vendors preferred
  • Experience in clubs, activities, sports, volunteer service, etc. helpful, especially leadership experience

Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong personal computer skills including Microsoft Suite and internet applications
  • Ability to adapt automation where possible to complete tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact effectively with all levels of management, guests, and vendors
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple assignments and prioritize proactively
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment required
