About The Role

We are seeking a Client Service Administrator to join our team in Denver, Colorado.

Our team is comprised of passionate, forward-thinking professionals eager to take on the challenge of meeting client’s unique investment and retirement goals. We are looking for a candidate that is inspired by our values and motivated to help people achieve their investment, financial, and life goals.

RMB Wealth Management provides holistic financial planning services as well as asset allocation recommendations and investment implementation for high-net-worth individuals and families. Its goal is to pilot a personalized financial plan designed with each client’s best interests, unique needs, and long-term objectives in mind.


  • Generate account paperwork and marketing materials for current and new clients, prospects, and investments
  • Assist advisors with general meeting preparation for clients and prospects
  • Book all travel coordination for the team
  • Enter team expenses and report gifts in Compliance 11
  • Assist team in meeting client service minimum standards
  • Organize physical and electronic team folders
  • Maintain and enter accurate team records in Salesforce
  • Provide phone coverage for the team
  • Create weekly team meeting agendas and reports
  • Coordinate information for accurate completion of company-wide projects


  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 1-year experience in an administrative capacity preferred
  • Strong personal computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and passion to serve clients
  • Exposure to wealth management or financial services preferred
  • Experience in clubs, activities, sports, volunteer service, etc. helpful, especially leadership experience
