As a Senior Accounting Technician you will prepare and report payroll quarterly taxes, process year-end balancing and distribution of forms W-2, analyze payroll information, research and resolve discrepancies, participate in payroll enhancement and system upgrade testing, process bi-weekly payroll as needed, and lead and train staff in the operation of payroll functions.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience: High school diploma or high school equivalency certificate and five years of accounting clerical experience, one year which must have been at the level of Accounting Technician II; completion of two years of full time accredited college work in accounting or related business field may be substituted for one year of related experience.
Relevant Experience is defined as: working experience processing payroll
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
License(s): Valid California Class C Driver’s License or equivalent (required at time of application) that allows you to drive during your employment.
