In your role, you will partner/strategize with the hiring managers to acquire talent. Using your skills, you will develop advertisements, job postings, build applicant sources by networking and maintaining relationships with key candidate/communities for short and/or long-term opportunities. You will provide a great candidate experience through ongoing communication by providing applicants information about, job duties, working conditions, pay, benefits and promotional opportunities. You will maintain applicant tracking information and other pertinent recruitment and selection information as well as actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and two years of relevant experience; or two years as an MWD Human Resources Analyst I.

Relevant Experience is defined as: 2 years of full life cycle recruiting.

This classification performs work that requires maintaining confidentiality and is routinely privy to matters that either involves confidential information, sensitive personnel issues, or exposure to confidential and sensitive strategic corporate information.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Employees in this position may be required to obtain and maintain the following certifications, licensing, and registrations:

License(s): Valid California Class C Driver’s License or equivalent (required at time of application) that allows you to drive during your employment.
