Develop
and maintain Campaign Execution & Fulfillment Management processes to
support business stakeholders within the Retail Banking & Wealth Management
(RBWM) business; Across customer life cycle (Acquisition, Onboarding, cross
sell etc.), across all products (Deposits, Cards, Mortgage, wealth etc.) and
all channels (i.e. Direct Mail, Calling, Email, SMS, Dialer, Digital Messages
& Push Notifications etc.). Lead projects, initiate analysis, and propose
solutions for campaign needs within RBWM.
Gather business requirements, code, test, debug, create documentation,
and implement solutions. Work
independently, with management, and/or internal clients to document project
requirements. Translate loosely defined business problems into meaningful
objectives so a programming solution can be developed. Develop and maintain critical processes like
customer privacy and opt-out suppression. Develop, train, and support other
Analysts (onshore & Offshore) as required. Review finished projects and
work in progress to ensure correctness, accuracy, and adherence to department
standards. Collaborate with colleagues across geographies on campaign
development, stakeholder engagement, and workload management. Support Ongoing
development & maintenance of Campaigns Execution Tools.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Minimum
Requirements:
Must
have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science,
Mathematics, Statistics or a related field and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive
related work experience.
Qualifying experience must include:
Experience in a computing or information science environment involving relational databases
Programming experience in in SAS, SQL, query writing, Relational Databases (DB2 or Oracle or Teradata)
· “Campaign execution” experience, which includes:
Translating “Business criteria” into an executable code for various campaigns including Onboarding, Activation, Cross sell, retention, regulatory, or similar
Usage of suppression process which applies various regulatory, business suppression and understanding of customer Opt-out
Creating data file formats for various channels including email, Direct Mail, Statement Insert, Phone, Digital, and file formats for offer responders and usage in Campaign execution.
Campaign processes including “External Data Transfer”, “Contact Management” or similar
Campaign response tracking which includes creating reports to measure campaign performance
Of
the qualifying experience, must have 2 years of experience in CRM tools
including Teradata CIM, PEGA, FlyBits, or UNICA.
Of
the qualifying experience, must have 1 year of experience in Workflow
applications including Oracle Application Express (APEX) and IBM Business
Process Manager (BPM).
