As a Senior IT Software Developer you will be responsible for designing and developing business intelligence (BI) solutions in accordance with enterprise standards and user requirements. Areas of responsibility include: partnering with business users to improve business processes by identifying and maximizing opportunities to utilize the data warehouse; evaluating, planning, designing, and implementing new data marts and data warehouse; delivering insightful, consumable, and actionable reports, scorecards, dashboards, metadata or sematic modelling (cubes), and analytical outputs to improve business performance; and ensuring reliability consistency and availability of data warehouse. In this position you will have the opportunity to demonstrate any applicable experience with BI tools such as IBM DataStage and IBM Cognos.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and six years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and four years of relevant experience.


Relevant Experience is defined as: IBM Cognos Analytics tools, databases (Oracle), data warehouse management tools, and report tool concepts experience.


CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
License(s): Valid California Class C Driver’s License or equivalent (required at time of application) that allows you to drive during your employment.
