Calibration Technician

We are the New England and Mid-Atlantic regions' leading service provider of comprehensive petroleum, sales, maintenance, inspection, testing and construction management services to major oil suppliers, independent retailers, contractors and other private & public sector facilities /clients.

Calibration Technicians perform a variety of services within but not limited to the Gasoline Service Station Industry. These include but are not limited to:

• Calibrating fuel dispensers for accuracy
• Purging product lines on new installations and gas pump replacement projects
• Replacing fuel filters
• Other minor gas station maintenance

Requirements

• Willing to work overtime
• Willing to work in an oncall rotation
• Able to lift up to 10-50 lbs.
• Capable of climbing ladders to install and retrieve equipment
• Frequent kneeling, bending, handling, reaching and standing
• Mechanical Background along with a history of working with hand tools

Training

• WildcoPES will pay you while you are training and ultimately you will become weights and

   measures licensed in each state that you are servicing

• During the training process you will be working with a certified weights and measures technician that will teach you the process

Major responsibilities will include:

• Performing accurate meter calibrations
• Working with third party contractors and weights and measures personal
• Completing paperwork documenting work performed
• Driving a commercial motor vehicle
