Principal Responsibilities
- Create and maintain intricate mortgage pricing models by product, term, channel, state, strategic initiatives, and note rate.
- Design and distribute portfolio and agency rate sheets on a daily basis ensuring pricing consistency in and among products, compliance with secondary marketing delivery requirements and adherence to bank profitability requirements.
- Create and maintain test pricing rules in the loan origination system
- Conduct competitive analysis by product, gap to the leader, market share, fees, regions and channel
- Partner with other areas in matters such as addressing pricing and policy questions, providing pricing analysis on individual loans and soliciting ideas for product and pricing development or enhancements
- Work across product, pricing, credit policy, balance sheet management, operations, sales, servicing, finance and analytics to evaluate and understand mortgage performance and to align corporate objectives
