This newly created position will responsible for building out Metropolitan’s first team of Business Analysts. As the IT Business Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for leading the business analysis function within the Information Technology Group. To be successful you will need to be experienced in leading other business analysts, and creating and implementing business analysis processes and guidelines.

Your ability to manage and produce high quality work from your staff while at the same time performing the work of a high level business analyst is crucial. A thorough knowledge, understanding, and experience with Oracle e-Business Suite applications, PeopleSoft, Cognos, Microsoft Stack and software development are desired qualifications.

Your team will be responsible for the design, development, integration, implementation, and administration of the IT business analysis process including: business process mapping and process documentation, use case development, functional and technical requirements gathering and documentation, and working closely with Business stakeholders to understand their business needs, requirements, and priorities for technology solutions.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and eight years of increasingly responsible relevant experience, of which two years must have been in a project management, supervisory, or lead capacity; or an advanced degree from an accredited college or university and six years of increasingly responsible relevant experience, of which two years must have been in a project management, supervisory, or lead capacity.

Relevant Experience is defined as: work experience with business process mapping and documentation; use case development; and gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements


CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
License(s): Valid California Class C Driver’s License or equivalent (required at time of application) that allows you to drive during your employment.
