Role:  • Lam is looking for an achievement-oriented individual with proven success developing and implementing Inclusion & Diversity initiatives at a global company. • You will manage Lam’s global I & D programs with the opportunity to innovate and bring fresh ideas to this newly created, strategic role.  • You will manage culture enhancements, community engagement and various I & D initiatives.  • You should be strategic, execution oriented, and adaptive in leading change throughout an organization, acting as a role model in collaboration and demonstrably adept at fostering teamwork and a highperformance culture while identifying and implementing ways to build and strengthen our culture. 
 
Responsibilities:  • Design, develop, and implement I & D programs that create positive change and maximize the performance and engagement of our people  • Manage executive interface series. Specifically, key relationship building  • Partner with Learning & Development team to design and deliver key I & D programs  • Foster culture and core values 
 

 
 
 
• Contribute to the creation of short & long-term I & D objectives in support of our Annual Operating Plan  • Manage detailed project plans for specific I & D programs to ensure project and program timeliness and success  • Strong ability to build productive relationships and lead development of communications strategies through interactions with diverse internal and external business partners, including company senior leadership across a variety of functions and geographies.  • Partner with HR, Lam leaders, vendors, and other stakeholders across business groups and geographic regions on group-specific as well as enterprise-wide I & D related engagements  • Create and deliver I & D learning solutions that develop our employees, increase performance, and boost our core values  • Build company brand in the external market place by supporting recruitment efforts, social media content creation and corporate social responsibility events.  • Provide oversight and resources for our employee affinity groups so they can maximize their contributions  • Work closely with the HR COE teams to ensure inclusion and diversity strategies are fully embedded in all people related processes  • Report on metrics measuring the effectiveness of our I & D initiatives to ensure we are making meaningful and actionable progress  • Manage partnerships with external organizations that increase our employee’s community engagement 
 
Requirements:  • Experience leading, I & D programs with demonstrated success at driving positive change and adoption  • Knowledge of emerging I & D best practice trends, and desire to advocate for more inclusive approaches to People operations & development  • An individual who displays initiative and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment  • Strong communications skills - Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills required; attention to detail; ability to translate complex analyses into concise and clear management presentations. Can effectively understand and communicate a wide range of employee and organization related opportunities.  • Experience coaching and influencing leaders with ability to vary style based on the leader  • Organized – extremely organized and able to manage multiple programs and events at the same time  • A deep sense of empathy and can connect effectively with employees across all cultures and job levels  • Experience – 10+ years of relevant work experience in an HR, diversity, community affairs, and/or program management roles, preferably in the high technology industry  • Education – a BA/BS degree or higher, or equivalent practical experience  • Occasional travel may be required (domestic and international)
