We are currently hiring two Field Support Coordinators in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Field Support Coordinator with strong intrapersonal skills overseeing and administering contractor relationships and providing standard direction with contractual terms, conditions, and billable units to all field inspectors. This position will report to the ONE Gas Tower in downtown Tulsa and work a regularly scheduled shift of Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.

Developing, managing and maintaining relationships or partnerships between the Company and our selected Contractors while ensuring Company priorities are well understood.

Facilitating meetings with ONE Gas Contractors on a regular basis to review performance measures as well as any large scale issues that arise.

Utilizing the Contractor Capability Assessment to assist with identifying additional contractor resources.

Developing and identifying by region, state and enterprise wide contractors that are capable of performing work for Resource Managements work types including, distribution, transmission corrosion, leak survey, line locating and hard surface restoration.

Training and providing standard direction on all active blanket work orders to ensure field inspectors and coordinators are well versed with work order terms and conditions as well as the billable units.

Assisting field operations with invoice disputes as they arise. And establishing a clear line of responsibility with Field Operations and Inspector Coordinators.

Experience and thorough knowledge of working with contract terms and conditions, performance measures, negotiations and conflict resolution.

Experience and thorough knowledge of construction, maintenance and operation of natural gas distribution and transmission systems. Demonstrated ability to inspect installations and repairs of natural gas distribution and transmission systems.

Demonstrated ability to interact, advise and communicate with other departments to achieve desired results.

Demonstrated ability to interpret annual work plan, field policies and procedures, operator qualification plans, safety manuals, job specifications, reports and correspondence.

Experience researching, analyzing and preparing needs assessments relative to equipment, tools and materials.

Experience in use and function of office equipment including computers and desktop software.

Demonstrated ability to lead/influence people and work activities.

Strong communication skills and ability in developing information and making presentations to all levels within the organization.

Associates' degree preferably in business administration or related field operation experience.

Position will require some travel within Texas, Kansas and Oklahoma
