JC Licht is currently recruiting for a Part Time Driver/ Sales Associate to provide superior service to all customers and assist the store manager and assistant store manager as needed.
Summary:  As a Store Sales Associate your passion to help each customer find the best solution always shines through. Whether the customer is a contractor, designer or home owner the objective is to meet their needs in a manner that represents the Benjamin Moore & Co premium brand name.   This requires positive interaction in the store and on the phone including – accuracy, timeliness, determining the right solutions by asking questions and listening to responses and upselling / cross-selling techniques. This position participates in store merchandising, setting up displays, and receiving and stocking product. Associates will help with housekeep items and may be asked to make deliveries and sales calls, as well as complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. Drives van to deliver product or purchases to stores or customer locations by performing the following duties.
Required SkillsQualifications:

High School Diploma or commensurate work experience.
Valid Drivers license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Previous product delivery experience preferred.
Ability to lift, load, unload and move products weighing up to 75lbs.
Ability to safely operate job related equipment (i.e. hand truck)
Good Verbal and written communications
Good customer service skills 
Verifies load against shipping papers.
Drives truck to destination.
Collects payment for goods delivered and for delivery charges.
Responsible for proper handling of product to minimize damage to products.
Responsible for maintaining positive customer relations and involving management to resolve customer issues.
Maintains truck log according to state and federal regulations.
Maintains telephone or radio contact with supervisor to receive delivery instructions.
Loads and unloads truck.
Inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water.
Performs emergency roadside repairs such as changing tires, installing light bulbs, fuses, tire chains, and spark plugs.
Maintains a neat appearance at all times while on the job.
May perform other warehouse or sales duties if necessary.
