Keys to Aceing the Job Interview
Preparing for the Job Interview
We've all been there before. You're in a job interview and the hiring official asks the dreaded "What is your biggest weakness" question. As you reach down to pick your stomach off the floor, you fumble through some answer about how you were maybe you were too hard on yourself at your last job for working so much, or whatever. The trick here is not necessarily the answer, but how you approach and leave it.
First of all, stay calm and be diplomatic in your response, then answer the question and put a positive spin on it. Maybe describe some roadblocks you have faced and what you have done to get around them. Show strength and charisma. Hiring officials love enthusiasm.
