Support Head of Industrials in the coverage of selected high priority industrial accounts via creation of sector-based content driven presentations/dialogue, coverage of certain CMB clients through sector-based content, and providing support to Financial Sponsors on related industrial transactions. Prepare analytical and transaction materials, interfacing with clients as required. Act independently within the scope of work previously defined and agreed with senior bankers. Undertake all required activities as directed by line manager or as agreed in annual objectives in support of the Global Banking business.

Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related and 7 years of investment banking experience. Employer will accept 3 or 4 year Bachelor’s degree.
Qualifying experience must include:
- Specific focus on M&A and Equity Capital Markets transactions.
- Advanced financial modeling.
- Industrial investment banking/corporate finance.
- Advanced financial modelling and GAAP fundamentals, valuation and execution.
- Managing ‘event-driven’ transactions.
- Core M&A concepts and skills including business valuation and transaction analysis.
- Public equity and debt capital markets
Travel required approximately 50%, domestic and international.
