The IT Support Analyst I (Identity and Access Management Cybersecurity Support) will assist with supporting all Identity and Access Management functions including provisioning and deprovisioning of Smart Cards and access to MWD networks, assets, and systems. This position will help ensure all applications requiring privileged access have licenses and that all users requiring privileged access have access to the applications.

This person will also assist with offboarding, ensuring that users’ accesses are disabled and separation notices are processed. The IT Support Analyst I will also assist with Smart Card exception management and MFA enforcement and will help identify processes for users needing exemption. This person will also assist with establishing service accounts and managing service-account access and will assist with certificate provisioning and revocation as necessary.

Schedule: 9/80 Monday through Friday with every other Friday off

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience: A high school diploma or certificate of high school equivalency (HSEC) and two years of relevant experience; OR Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and two years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.


Relevant Experience is defined as: Provisioning and deprovisioning of: Smart Cards, exception management and MFA enforcement; User access to networks and computer resources; AND Users in Privileged Access Management.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
License(s): Valid California Class C Driver’s License or equivalent (required at time of application) that allows you to drive during your employment.
