As a Human Resources Analyst II (C) (HRIS), Limited Term District Temporary employee, you will support our HCM (PeopleSoft) modules such as workforce administration, position data, compensation, and benefits. Responsibilities include updating application data, ensuring accuracy and integrity of all HRIS data, and assisting with developing reports. This person will work closely with business owners inside and outside the Human Resources Group.

This classification performs work that requires maintaining confidentiality and is routinely privy to matters that either involves confidential information, sensitive personnel issues, or exposure to confidential and sensitive strategic corporate information.

Work Schedule: 9/80, Monday through Friday with every other Friday off

Estimate length of assignment: 36 months

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and two years of relevant experience; or two years as an MWD Human Resources Analyst I.

Relevant experience is defined as: work experience in an HCM System.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

License(s): Valid California Class C Driver’s License or equivalent (required at time of application) that allows you to drive in the course of your employment.
