Provide project management support and expertise for global liquidity and cash management (GLCM) data driven initiatives. Facilitate the extraction, transformation, implementation and automation of data required for reporting and analytical processes. Identify and understand reporting needs of the business, ensuring timely and accurate responses to requests. Support current management initiatives, with focus on efficiency, data accuracy, controlling risk and data visualization. Analyze problems in terms of process and/or systems functionality, generate data and apply analytical and quantitative techniques. Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related product, market, or share trends. Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action. Maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods. Scrutinize existing processes including liquidity and cash business and functions related to data and analytics, while looking to add automation and other efficiencies that will enable more meaningful information to reach a broader audience.

Qualifications

 
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Information Technology, Business or a related field and 7 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience.

Alternatively, must have a Master’s degree in Statistics, Information Technology, Business, or a related field and 5 years of related work experience.

Qualifying experience must include:

- Technical experience supporting liquidity and cash business and functions related to Data and Analytics, including at least 2 years of management experience.
- Process automation, data extraction and transformation using SQL/SAS, or Alteryx.
- Participation in cross-functional or design teams, including streamlining efforts.
- Experience in financial services business lines.
- Data facilitation, automation techniques, visualization tools, programming, or other technology used to improve reporting and other business transformation processes.
Qualifying experience must include 3 years of experience as a Technical team lead.

Qualifying experience must include 2 years of experience in one or more Payment and Cash Management department functions.

Domestic and international travel required up to 5%.
