Job Description: 

• Subcontract Financial Analyst supports proposal and program teams.
• Analyzes supplier proposals to determine whether they are fair and reasonable through Cost/Price Analysis and documents the analysis for proposal and procurement purposes. 
• Performs financial stability analysis on potential suppliers, teammates and customers to assess their financial stability and to determine the level of financial risk to Harris of the prospective business partner. 
• Reviews supplier business systems to ensure they are adequate for the proposed contract/subcontract type. 
• Coordinates Government assist audit requests of supplier proposals and final invoices.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience in analyzing complex supplier proposals with a minimal amount of directly comparable cost or price historical data.
• Understanding of the governing documents, FAR, TINA and internal controls.
• Gather, analyze and effectively present/communicate information. 
• Work independently, prioritize, manage multiple projects simultaneously and self-motivated.
• Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines.

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline with 15+ years related work experience.
