Position Description
The IT Systems Manager will ibe responsible for design, development, implementation, maintenance and testing for the majority of DOTS web based applications and databases.
This position will also be responsible for database management operations, including the development of program queries and reports.
This position will supervise the IT Programmer and related programming personnel.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and or equivalent work experience is required.
Minimum of 4 years’ web development and programming experience; which includes user support, user training, documentation, and programming in C#, JAVA, PHP, and HTML.
Project Management experience is a plus
Physical Demands
Indoor working conditions – mostly sitting, with long periods at computer. Regular business hours with some necessity for evening and weekend hours during peak periods or large projects
Additional Information
Compensation: Low to Mid 70’s depending on relevant skills and experience.
