Prestigious Architectural Firm located in downtown Manhattan seeks a recent college grad with a minimum of three years administrative experience.  Must enjoy working in a creative environment supporting four Partners. 

Ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multi-task. Must be able to work well with all levels of internal management, staff, outside clients and consultants. Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to four Partners
  • Coordinate meetings, process food requests forms
  • Monitor calendars, confirm meetings, reserve conference rooms
  • Screen calls and sort mail
  • Coordinate domestic and International travel.  Reserve hotels, cars and prepare itineraries
  • Prepare timesheets and expense reports
  • Provide reception and administrative coverage when needed
  • Prepare FedEx and UPS packages
  • Coordinate conference calls
  • Renew passports and visas

Hours are 9:00 – 6:00.  Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel a must.  Only those that meet these criteria will be contacted.
