You will be responsible for exceptional customer service for retailers placing merchandise orders with Benjamin Moore & Co.
* Place incoming orders for both internal and external customers
* Proficiency with SAP to place incoming orders for both internal and external customers
* Provide information to customers regarding delivery information, product availability, policies specific to orders, programs, promotions, shipping service policy, product information and clerical duties as necessary
* Resolve retailer’s and all field personnel’s problems (i.e. deliveries, out of stock items)
* Communicate with Supply Chain personnel to coordinate special delivery requirements and to resolve problems with product availability
* A shared understanding of Benjamin Moore & Co.’s Foundations’ principals
* Participates in the Company’s Performance Management program
* Adheres to the NACIC’s Quality measurements defined by error rate standards, call quality scorecards, attendance policy and dress code.
* EDI order monitoring for various accounts
* Participates in fax distribution process
* Knowledge of marketing programs/promotions and related information
* Other duties as assigned

Position Hours:
* 5 positions with hours from: 11:00AM-7:00PM ET Monday through Friday including rotating Saturday (9:00AM – 5:00PM) ET and Sunday hours (11:00AM-3:00PM) ET.
* 1 position with hours: 12:00 – 8:00 PM Monday through Friday EST, including rotating Saturday (9:00AM – 5:00PM) ET and Sunday hours (11:00AM-3:00PM) ET.

Required Experience:
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum of 6 months data entry and/or customer service experience preferred
* Strong customer service focus
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
* Good organizational skills; detail oriented; self-starter
* Excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills
* Speed and accuracy of data entry is essential
* Ability to work occasional overtime is required
* Effective problem solving skills
* Flexibility in adapting to changing situations
* Demonstrated ability to perform job responsibilities without constant supervision
