Benjamin Moore & Co. seeks a full-time ERP Data Integration Analyst for Montvale, New Jersey office location as follows;
Develops strategy to integrate key data points from existing data structures to new ERP, data warehouse, utilizing process knowledge and ETL toolset;
Develops data cleansing routines and rules to prepare data for ERP migration to ensure quality and accuracy of data;
Develops integration plan for legacy data, including test plans, interfaces, and business intelligence requirements;
Develops data governance and oversight requirements for legacy data which will integrate with the new ERP implementation;
Develops strategy to maintain and measure data quality between existing data sets and new ERP data warehouse;
Works with master data structures, data models and data quality, extraction routines.

- College degree in Computer Science; or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years of experience working in a production Data Warehousing environment as an Informatica ETL developer on an Unix Oracle RDBMS platform
- Five years experience implementing dimensional data models and ETL design utilizing Informatica and PL/SQL programs for production data warehouses in a Unix Oracle RDBMS environment
- Strong proficiency analyzing source data and creating staging designs and dimensional data models
- Working knowledge of Master Data Management systems
- Experience designing and developing data quality and ETL routines for master data management systems
- Experience working with DataFlux dfPower Studio data profiling and data quality tools
- Experience creating Unix shell scripts
- Experience working within a business environment using business intelligence tools, preferably Business Objects (including experience developing Business Objects universes with BO Designer and report writing experience)
- Demonstrated understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and practices, especially the Ralph Kimball approach to dimensional data modeling
- Demonstrated understanding of the functions of a data warehouse in the corporate environment
- Demonstrated understanding data warehousing processes, such as dimensional data modeling and data acquisition methodologies, data staging, cleansing, and transformation
- Must have ability to work with business users gathering requirements, translating those requirements into a technical solution, creating a dimensional data model design and ETL design, and implementing in a production data warehouse environment for business reporting and analysis
- Possess a project oriented approach to data warehouse design and development work
- Working knowledge with the following applications TOAD, Erwin, MS Office products including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project
- Requires excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage a heavy workload, achieve results while meeting project deadlines with minimal supervision
