Mission:

Responsible for the implementation & administration of all National Account/Customer Care programs throughout North America.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for account set-up and review i.e. credit application & on-boarding
  • Work collaboratively with Customer Service, Pricing and Credit Departments to maintain smooth order, pricing and billing processes
  • Create, modify and oversee weekly, monthly & annual program reports, as well as execute ad hoc program reports in response to business requests
  • Assist in developing, reviewing, & updating manuals and other product and marketing documents
  • Work on cross-functional project teams to produce meaningful results
  • Manage a high volume of email, escalating issues early, time management, etc.
  • Identify, recommend and implement process/program improvements
  • Communicate internally and externally with clients, vendors, and other teams related to program support issues
  • Assist and attend trade shows & sales meetings
  • Complete administrative duties i.e. Data Entry, Rebate Processing, Customer Calls

  • College degree a plus
  • 2-5 yrs. business experience in a customer service role or related field
  • Capable of working in a complex, matrix driven organization
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to anticipate and overcome challenges through creative thinking and strong collaboration
  • High software proficiency i.e. Microsoft Office
  • Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks & detail oriented
  • Highly developed written & verbal communication skills
  • Deadline driven with excellent time management skills
  • Aptitude for working in a fast-paced, team & collaborative environment
