Responsibilities



  • Responsible for implementing employment program that assisted participants obtain competitive employment consistent with their career goals

  • Conduct individual career assessments and secure needed training for participants by developing individual employment plan identifying barriers to employment

  • An advisor and training specialist to main office staff for use of the new WorkSearch Program 

  • Conducted workshops, classes and motivational sessions

  • Assisted with the smooth and efficient operation of the elementary school administrative office.

  • Provided assistance to administration and school staff of teachers by screening phone calls, coordinating meetings and events.

  • Establish and enforced rules for behavior, and procedures for maintaining order.

  • Organize and lead activities designed to promote physical, mental and social development, such as games, arts and crafts, music, storytelling, and field trips.

  • Observe and evaluate children\'s performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.

  • Supervise students in classrooms, halls, cafeterias, school yards, and gymnasiums, or on field trips.

  • Developed and implemented the daily curriculum designed to meet the social, health, emotional, cognitive and physical needs of infants within the framework of the states policy of the school.

  • Provide the care and protection of all infants ages months to months.

  • Supervise and train eleven  assistant childcare teachers.

  • Provide daily experiences/activities which stimulates the physical, social, emotional and cognitive growth and development and language and literary skills of infants through the use of developmentally appropriate practices and curriculm that are based on each child’s developmental progress and needs.

  • Schedule and conduct formal, individual parent-teacher conferences at least three times per year, as well as communicating on a regular basis with parents/ family members to build mutual understanding, greater consistency for children and information sharing.
