-FLUX THEATRE ENSEMBLE: OTHER BODIES-  Research in: Sexual Reassignment, John Donne, The Goddess Kali, Francis Bacon (artist), spinal chord injuries.   Generated Actor packets, reports and communication with playwright, director, design team.  Attended rehearsals and production meetings as on site resource for research questions.

  A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM-  created an online,  live , annotated script from the Folios and Quartos on Googledocs.  Updated online annotated script with images and research linked to the text.  The text is currently receiving high volume hits from general public.

- HEADWATER PRODUCTIONS (formerly New Mummer Group): BREAKING RANKS- Research in:   Rape in the military, army structure and culture, court martial proceedings, infantry weaponry , PTSD.  Mapped out military  actions in  Iraq and Kuwait specifically Camp Arifjan.

MTR ARTS ADVOCACY- in association with Coal Field Delegation to the UN-  Research in:  Legislation, press archives from region, legal cases, the science of coal, Appalachian ecology. Field work and interviews in KY, VA and WV, including Harlan County and Berea.  Created Glossary and time lines.  Archived research for use of artistic team.  Wrote pieces and performed  for  UN Delegation, which included activist Robert F Kennedy Jr.

CANDLES TO THE SUN-  Research in:  Coal fields, labor movement of the ’s in regard to mining, Appalachian Culture and dialect.  Taught dialect to actors.  Created resource material: including song provenance, historical perspective, maps, locations, images and actor packets.  Attended rehearsals as on site resource for historical accuracy.

 WOMEN’S PROJECT: TEACHING ARTIST-  Created lesson plans, writing exercises.   Coordinated with classroom teacher and department head  to develop week play writing class for ’ Centuries of Women Playwrights’ :  Hrotsvitha.  Used  primary source material and play Duclitius  in the classroom to teach playwriting in context of medieval history.  Taught in th Grade public school classroom.

-HEADWATER PRODUCTIONS:  LITERARY DIRECTOR-W.E. FESTIVAL-Curated Writer’s Exchange between Berea Writers Group and Local NYC playwrights and poets.  Coordinated production team and writers for workshop at Berea College, KY.  Worked to develop two plays from workshop for full production run in NYC.

PRODUCTION MANAGER-UNRESTRICTED ACTS: VIOLENCE AND VAUDVILLE –Managed showcase of two plays from the Headwater Productions Writer’s Exchange with Berea KY.  Coordinated with local and visiting playwright.   Oversaw two stage managers to ensure cohesive overall production.  Supervised all aspects of prop/ set/ costume/ technical considerations and both director’s considerations.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR-CANDLES TO THE SUN-  Coordinated travel, rehearsal schedules, liaison with Actor’s Theater of Louisville’s Space Management staff.   Managed backstage.   Worked with lighting designer to set ques and run lights for performance.  Created light and sound que  book.   Directed local technical staff during performance for light and sound.   Oversaw rehearsals: staging, acting, production notes to develop performance.
