Duties also included customer sales and support, reporting projections, managing and prioritizing pipelines, drawing loans documents for closing, and approving pre-audits for escrow.
• FUNDING: Responsibilities included drawing loan documents, funding and balancing with escrow, shipping and post closing deficiency resolution of Conventional and FHA/VA loans. Managed $10,000,000 warehouse lines, set up correspondent relationships, problem solving with consumer and broker relationships, prepared management reports.
Underwriter Designations: FHA Direct Endorsement, Conforming, Non-Conforming up to $2 million including second line of credits, VA Pending.
