• PROCESSING: FHA/VA, Bond, Conventional, Sub Prime and Title / loans; including disclosing, gathering and verifying borrower information. Duties also included customer sales and support, reporting projections, managing and prioritizing pipelines, drawing loans documents for closing, and approving pre-audits for escrow.
• FUNDING: Responsibilities included drawing loan documents, funding and balancing with escrow, shipping and post closing deficiency resolution of Conventional and FHA/VA loans.
