We are looking for a Credit Analyst to join our Performance Parts Group in Syracuse, NY. The position is responsible for administering customer credit requests including reviewing, analyzing and processing credits in Baan. The scope of work includes but is not limited to core claims, annual returns, price adjustments, and freight related issues.
Responsibilities include:
* Review and validate claim data received.
* Resolve customer inquiries timely.
* Take appropriate follow-up when information is missing or incorrect.
* Prepare periodic reports including monthly forecast of outstanding core claims.
* Provide assistance to the dealer network using the core claim system.
* Drive continuous improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications:
Associates degree with a minimum of 5 years related experience. Exceptional communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks
Must possess the ability to problem solve
