The Principal Info Tech Analyst (Nintex) is a limited-term position for up to three years on the EForms Management Team and is located at the Headquarters of the Metropolitan Water District in Los Angeles.

As the Principal Info Tech Analyst (Nintex), Metropolitan Water District’s EForms Management, you will lead the migration from the Nintex O365 environment to Nintex Workflow Cloud. You will work with the EForms Team, users, and business units throughout and during the migration process to ensure workflows are well understood and work as expected post-migration. Work closely with the EForms Management Team, SharePoint Developers, and the SharePoint Administrators to gain knowledge of the existing environment, the progress made thus far in the migration, outstanding issues and challenges, and the plan for completing the migration. You will support migrating content types, lists, forms, workflows, etc., between the development environment and production using ShareGate. Use DocGen technology to pull data from multiple resources using predefined rules into a custom template in Word.

You will be developing, maintaining, and supporting Enterprise EForms and automating workflows in various business entities. You will assist units, teams, and users’ in transitioning from legacy systems to modern cloud solutions. You will also work with the Records Management Manger to maintain best practices and document for taxonomies.

In this position you will demonstrate your experience as a designer, analyst, and programmer with comprehensive knowledge and experience in SharePoint (2016 and Office 365 architectures), Nintex New Responsive form design, and expertise in complex workflow development using Nintex Workflow Cloud and add-on products (ProMapp, Signature software, etc.) that provide for advanced workflows in SharePoint O365. This position also utilizes your knowledge of SharePoint and workflow development best practices and strong experience in developing and troubleshooting complex SharePoint integrated (e.g., Nintex) workflow solutions including experience creating SharePoint site definitions

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and eight years of increasingly responsible experience, of which two years must have been at the Senior Programmer Analyst or Senior Systems Analyst level.

Increasingly Responsible Experience is defined as: experience as a Nintex developer designing and implementing solutions in SharePoint Online/Office365; Knowledge of complex custom workflows design with Nintex for Office 365(New Responsive) forms and workflows. Experience working on installation, configuration, migration, development, and deployment of Nintex O365 and Nintex Workflow Cloud.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
License(s): Valid California Class C Driver’s License or equivalent (required at time of application) that allows you to drive during your employment.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

Nintex certifications in O365 and Nintex Workflow Cloud (Preferred)
Expertise in developing forms and workflow using Nintex O365 (New Responsive)
Hands-on experience migrating from forms and workflows from Nintex 0365 to Nintex Workflow Cloud
Microsoft .Net and SQL development experience
Application integration and web-related technologies, with a thorough understanding of process mapping, application design, and programming
Business analysis experience
Six Sigma Certification/Lean Certification
