As an IT Support Analyst III you will be a senior member of the IT Service Desk Team providing support to resolve, research and troubleshoot escalated issues from other IT support analysts within the team. You will closeout hardware and software issues through Incidents and Requests tickets and address incoming IT service requests and questions from staff throughout all of the Metropolitan Water District.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and four years of relevant experience; or two years as an MWD Information Technology Support Analyst II in the same discipline.
Relevant Experience is defined as:a combination of experience in active directory accounts including shared directories, permissions, mapping network shares, antivirus software and light Exchange administration.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
License(s): Valid California Class C Driver’s License or equivalent (required at time of application) that allows you to drive during your employment.
