The role holder is part of a team who provides valued commercial insights to support, influence and challenge the strategic direction of HSBC North America Holdings (HNAH).
The role holder will:
- Act as a trusted advisor to management, provide valued commercial insights to challenge and steer business decision making
- Innovatively apply commercial acumen to financial metrics, driving commercial performance and directing business management to focus on profitable activities
- Prepare analysis, provide recommendations to seize opportunities for growth and mitigate identified risks
- Develop robust analytics to support the narrative and any recommendations
- Assist in developing compelling executie presentations that recommend fact based and supported courses of action of decision makers
- Determines the financial impact of initiatives/strategic business decisions, and incoprorate the impacts into future financial forecasts
- Designs and produces regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to help explain the numbers
