Responsible for conducting SCS portfolio analysis and supplier program management to ensure that Supplier activity and utilization is maximized for any deal assigned. Co-ordinate with regional and in-country Solutions Implementation teams to establish a supplier engagement and penetration strategy for their assigned Supply Chain programs. Conduct marketing and procurement training of SCF programmes to buyers and suppliers for all SCS programmes globally. Accountable for complying with and executing on GTRF’s Supplier Engagement strategies and contributing to building associated best practices, including the formalization of Supplier Engagement methodologies, creation of supplier marketing tools and techniques, supplier engagement and outreach strategies. Oversee the end to end supplier Onboarding. Responsible for program monitoring by providing metrics on assigned deals to help define supplier Engagement demand and capacity management globally and associated program / portfolio management.

Qualifications

 

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology or a related field, and 7 years of related work experience.

Employer will accept a 3 or 4 year Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifying experience must include:

- Marketing and sales experience, specifically in the MME/Business Banking segments.
- Experience in or working with client experience, communications and Project management
- Bank and departmental procedures, functions and activities, including monetizing deals for program managers
- Experience of having worked in a Trade/RF environment
- Experience in supply chain deals, including trade payables, working capital and reverse factoring.
- Experience with compliance and operational risk
