Provide
critical and functional analysis globally within Fixed Income IT by
implementing the
Group compliance policy to contain compliance risk. Responsible for supporting
the core Bond
systems which include, Bloomberg, Optitrade, DSL and ISD including their
various
integrations. Maintaining a pro-active relationship with key stakeholders from
both the business
and IT. Maintain HSBC Internal Control standards, including the timely
implementation of
internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external
regulators. Adapt
to changing business priorities and working with the business to provide
effective support and
subject matter expertise. Identify and address project delivery risk within a
Fixed Income
environment. Evaluate changing economic or market conditions, legal and
regulatory
requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings,
and the impact
of new technology to ensure minimization of operational risk occurring.
