As an Accountant in this position you will have the responsibility for providing support to the Controller Section by performing a variety of accountant functions including but not limited to journal entry drafting, bank reconciliations, General Ledger account reconciliations and maintenance of financial records. This position will be hands-on and involved in generating daily transaction entries and routine reporting. This position requires excellent verbal and written communications skills, solid Excel skills, willingness to perform detailed work, flexibility, and the ability to thrive in a multi-tasking and fast-paced environment. You will be part of a team of professionals collaborating to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in accounting functions.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration with an
emphasis on accounting from an accredited college or university and two years of relevant experience,
or a combination of education and experience equaling six years.


Relevant Experience is defined as: work experience with journal entry drafting, bank reconciliations, general ledger account reconciliations, or maintenance of financial records.


CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
License(s): Valid California Class C Driver’s License or equivalent (required at time of application) that allows you to drive during your employment.
