As a Storekeeper III, you will be a part of Metropolitan’s warehousing operations which supports the organization’s mission by ensuring materials, supplies, tools, and equipment are readily available for maintenance and construction projects. You will accomplish this by receiving, cycle counting, issuing, inspecting, distributing, transferring, securing, and accounting for materials, supplies, tools and equipment.

You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your customer service, organizational, and technical abilities within this position as you support various teams within Metropolitan.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience: High school diploma or High School Equivalency Certificate and four years of relevant experience; or two years in a MWD Storekeeper II classification

Relevant Experience is defined as: working experience performing inventory control or warehouse experience

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

License(s): Valid California Class C Driver’s License or equivalent (required at time of application) that allows you to drive during your employment.
