Duties include: labor management; scheduling, and payroll; credit card reconciliations; inventory tracking and management; supply tracking and management; preparation of décor including painting, mossing, birching and cleaning; driving the company van (valid driver’s license required); and creating trucking schedules. The hours can be long and the work can be stressful. The idea candidate is detail oriented, extremely organized, has excellent communications skills, a good attitude, enjoys working as part of a team, can set a brisk working pace, and can stay calm under pressure. Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred. Basic computer skills needed. Must have valid NYS driver license. Location is in New York City.
