Welds laminatin for motor stator cores, bundles and unloads tubs from furnace.

1) Checks work ticket and selects proper size of notched steel from the storage area.

2) Meaures lamination to ensure proper size stacks for each core to be welded.

3) Ensures that all comonents of the automatice welder are in good condition.

4) Welds steel lamination on automatic welding machine.

5) Loads welded cores into boxes.

6) Maintains production and quality standards.

7) Bundles steel.

8) Performs other duties as assigned by department leadperson and/or supervisor.

Must be able to read a work order ticket

Must have considerable amount of manual dexterity.

Must possess organzational skills.

Workweek Monday-Thursday 6:00AM - 4:30PM
