Benjamin Moore & Co, a world-class leader in paint products and color, is currently looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual to join our sales team. You will be accountable for delivering sustainable and profitable sales growth and market share with retailers and customers through education, training, opportunity recognition, and follow up. You will also be responsible for expanding and diversifying the dealer product offering and elevating the level of expertise of customers and be the technical expert for specialty products, application techniques, tools and equipment working collaboratively with the market sales team to support sales of all Benjamin Moore & Co. brands. The territory covers primarily Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Westchester, Long Island and Conneticut..

Required Skills:
* College degree preferred, or equivalent industry business experience
* Minimum five years B2B paint & coating sales experience
* Knowledge of specialty coatings, market dynamics and application best practices
* Working knowledge of required software programs (Microsoft Office, CRM)
* Excellent communication, listening and public speaking skills
* Ability to analyze situation and identify opportunities for success
* Effective decision making and problem solving skills
* Exceptional team interaction skills
* Valid driver’s license and a good driving record a must.
* Ability to work evenings & weekends when necessary
* Ability to travel
* Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus
