Position Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for an exciting marketing position in our New Britain, Bucks County, PA office.  Primary responsibilities include: coordination and production of collateral material, develop responses to RFPs, manage updates to intranet and company website, coordinate vendor relationships, and facilitate regional sponsorship and advertising activities, and other marketing duties as may be necessary from time to time.

 

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to tell a story and to adapt communication style to various audiences
  • Work in conjunction with other G&A marketing professionals to brainstorm, produce and execute marketing and PR campaigns and proposal responses
  • Assist with copywriting and any departmental administrative actives to support the creation of sales and marketing materials
  • Assist in the coordination of Trade show events
  • Knowledge of social media, digital marketing and analytic programs
  • Ability to assist in maintenance of corporate website and intranet site
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, stay focused, set clear milestones and execute diverse projects simultaneously
  • Confident, enthusiastic team player with a passion to work in a demanding and fast paced environment

 

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other related business field
  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience
  • Work experience within service marketing field a plus

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related area
  • Work experience in the marketing field
