Job Summary
The Product Information Representative is responsible for providing timely and accurate responses on a broad range of technical product inquiries, which are directed to them either by phone or fax, from retailers, end users, architects, designers, Business Development Representatives or any other Benjamin Moore & Co. customer who has a question, complaint, or help in a project when using our products.

Responsibilities include:
* Educating callers to properties and advantages of our product offerings, both in general and within a given end use.
* Works in conjunction with our chemists to help inform and convey information regarding advanced technical inquiries.
* Assists in converting competitive specifications into Benjamin Moore & Co. products, both architectural and industrial maintenance.
* Refers calls to appropriate personnel regarding sales opportunities, retailer prospects, product complaints and environmental/regulatory inquiries etc.
* Enters data gathered from inquiries into computer software programs for tracking.
* Conducts research reports from database to share with Business Development, Marketing and Product Development.
* Shares new learning's with Customer Information Center staff to ensure consistent information sharing and communication.
* Executes other duties as assigned.

Hours of Work:
* 1 Position - Monday - Friday 9:00am -5:00pm
* 1 Position - Monday - Friday 11:00 am - 7:00pm

The position requires Saturday hours (9:00 AM – 5:00PM) on a rotating schedule.

The position requires Sunday hours (11:00 AM – 3:00PM) on a rotating schedule.

Required Experience:
* HS Degree required, BA/BS preferred.
* Bilingual in French.
* Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of Benjamin Moore & Co./competitive product knowledge a plus.
* Worked with Industrial Maintenance products / attended IM seminars is a plus.
* Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Attention to detail.
* Strong customer service focus.
