Responsibilities
Color Tools
* Track inventory at sku level at multiple fulfillment centers and manufacturer’s warehouse as well as what is in production and plan production with an understanding of lead times upwards of 7 months.
* Work with multiple departments on varying aspects coordinating everything to do with color tools
* * Marketing - Art file creation and proofing
* * Color Marketing - forecast anomalies based on events and special tools
* * Technical Lab - Color approvals and color standards
* * Fulfillment Center - verification of receipt, item updates, physical inventory review and verification
* Understand the multitude of color systems, variations and vast quantity of skus involved – approx. 20,000 items
* Coordinate/manage the transition of materials being obsoleted and replacement materials many of which are not 1:1 replacements
* Responsible for the accuracy of the inventory of these color tools between SAP and the each vendor’s inventory system

Displays
* Work with Retail group to provide projections on individual components of displays. Demand will be directly related to the number of new stores that are planned as well as number of conversion stores that are scheduled to be rolled out each quarter/year
* Work with vendors to determine lead times/production schedule so as to get stock to outside warehouse in TN in timely manner
* Communicate shipping schedule to vendors
* Verify receipts of good and coordinate receipts into SAP
* Responsible for the reconciliation of inventory quantities between SAP and the vendor’s information

Required Skills:
Knowledge/Experience/Skills Required
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or relevant field
* Candidate must possess excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills as this role will work directly with vendors/ suppliers
* Strong attention to detail and deductive reasoning skills necessary.
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks is required
* Proven ability to develop reports and analyze data to initiate problem solving. Must be analytical and data driven in decision making process.
* Advanced working knowledge with ERP/MRP systems. Strong computer skills including advanced Excel, MS Office, Business Objects, SAP and other database and web applications.
* Understanding of Color Matching & production process helpful
* Some travel required
