The SAP GRC/Security Lead will be a member of Center of Excellence (COE) which supports a broad set of SAP systems and technologies. This role will provide expertise on matters related to SAP security policy, security implementation, and GRC Access Control.
This position is responsible for providing and maintaining user access based on industry best practices.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain SAP security roles across various SAP landscapes (ECC, BW, BPC, etc.)
* Provide support for user provisioning/de-provisioning as well as profile modification based on authorization issues and business requirements
* Work with internal/ external audit, segregation of duties analysis and SOX compliance
* Administer the SAP GRC system
* Respond to incidents assigned to Security Team
* Monitor Segregation of Duties and Mitigation Controls
* Conduct user access reviews
* Create and maintain security related documentations
* Manage the portal roles and understand basic requirements for new portal functionality – create roles and Portal Content Directory (PCD) paths
* Manage the NetWeaver Gateway roles and understand basic requirements of the applications
Required Skills:
* Minimum of 5 - 7 years of SAP Security and GRC experience with at least two full life cycle implementation
* Extensive experience in SAP Security Design and Architecture across R2R, P2P, & O2C business processes
* Proficient with SAP security design, build, deploy, and audits for standard role-based and position-based (structural) security
* Experience with SAP authorization concept, role design, user administration, SOX and SOD conflict resolution
* Knowledge with BW/BI authorizations and troubleshooting, Security upgrade, Upgrade tool SU25
* Strong knowledge in SAP Security tables and ability to efficiently and accurately identify authorization errors using SUIM, SU53 and ST01 to provide consultative support to business
* Experience with implementation and configuration of GRC modules
* Knowledge in performing analysis on GRC segregation of duties (SOD)
* Experience with customizing SOD rule for custom transactions in securing and reducing the SOD violations
* Working knowledge of sensitive transaction analysis and GRC AC 10.0/ 10.1 modules
* Experience with Central User Administration
* Experience with ABAP and Java security tools
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Bachelor's degree required, preferably in information systems
