Job Summary
* Manage AR and ensure compliance with all credit policies
* Manager aging, DSO, Bad Debt in respective market(s)
* Collaborate and support local market development team(s)
* Facilitate and execute resolution of chargebacks / disputes in effective and timely manner
* Facilitate and execute resolution of unapplied cash in effective and timely manner
* Develop and utilize financial and business analysis to support functional, consultative and project involvement
* Engage in account approval, facilitation and process flow
* Effective lead and engage in project based initiatives
* Develop and execute effective payment programs and follow through

Required Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in: Business, Accounting, Finance required; master's degree a plus
* 5 years' experience in AR Management
* Strong analytical skills with emphasis on dispute resolution, problem solving
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Ability to multi-task under pressure while meeting critical deadlines
* Strong influential and consultative skills
* Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of management, customers and field sales
* Strong system and computer skills including: SAP, Business Objects, MS Office 13, On Base Document Imaging
* Hardware co-op, Big Box and Independent consumer products channel a plus
