We are currently looking to fill 2 Senior Customer Care Representatives positions in our North American Customer Information Center located in Flanders, NJ.

In this position you will be responsible for:
* Communicating via telephone and/or in person with consumers, end-users, retailers and field personnel regarding basic product information and recommendations, assisting with understanding and providing formulas, providing sales figures and other resource information and initiating the complaint handling process.
* Responding to questions regarding pricing, invoices, credits and volume discounts.
* Responding to inquiries regarding basic competitive products, colors and formulas; responsible for elevating more complex inquiries to Product Information.
* Handling clerical responsibilities including faxing and mailing of information, responding to correspondence, data entry and processing orders.
* Providing support to Customers regarding questions of policy and procedure.
* Acting as a resource for Customers for information on sales and marketing programs and promotions administered by the Company and outside business partners.
* Processing “special” orders, orders for “buy-out” merchandise and orders for tint machines and shakers.
* Collaborating with appropriate regional and corporate departments regarding such things as the color matching system, credits, discounts, invoices.
* Uses CRM to log Customer contacts .
* EDI order monitoring for Grainger and ACE accounts.
* Participates in fax distribution process.
* Participates in supporting e-Commerce strategy.
* Proficiency with Infinium processes including order processing and various look-ups.
* Ensuring up to date knowledge of marketing programs and information.
* Other duties as assigned
