Barclay Water Management, Inc. is the oldest and largest employee-owned water treatment firm in North America. We manufacture and supply water treating chemicals and provide related engineering services for industrial, commercial, and institutional clients in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states.
As a member of our Management Team, the Project Manager - Senior Estimator is responsible for managing HVAC water treatment projects for new construction jobs in the Northeast.
Duties include:
- Preparing initial bid responses
- Conducting final negotiations with mechanical contractors and managing jobs to completion
- Supervising and coordinating field service for each new construction project
- Supervise Mechanical Service Manager
- Limited travel
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Engineering
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Familiarity with water treatment for HVAC systems is not essential but an
understanding of the mechanical contractor plan and spec bidding process is helpful. - Excellent communication and computer skills
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
