Digital Content Specialist 

The Digital Content specialist will be responsible for uploading digital content through a variety of CMS tools. The primary focus of this role will be Benjamin Moore & Co. customer-facing web properties: Corporate .com, .ca, m. sites, Mobile Applications & Specific Marketing properties and microsites.

 Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate Content and image changes for Benjamin Moore digital customer-facing web properties.
  • Manage website Content process to ensure all Content is on-brand, error-free, and consistent in style.
  • Coordinates with IT and key stakeholders to ensure digital project workflows are executed in a timely manner.
  • Ensures SEO guidelines are followed.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Web Design, Digital Media or a Business related field.
  • 3 years or more of experience in Content administration.
  • Proven experience with Adobe/Omniture and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent analytical abilities.
  • General understanding of HTML and Content management systems.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to present recommendations in a clear and concise manner that effectively “tells a story” with data.
  • Ability to work independently, effective at managing multiple project simultaneously; flexible and able to quickly adapt to new situations.
  • Accountable for actions and decisions, learns from past experiences; exercises sound judgment and consistently pushes self and others for results.
