Our Client, an industry leader in the home theatre/entertainment category, has enlisted CCS, to handpick a team of SALES-focused Home Theatre/Entertainment Sales Specialists to drive real, measurable sales growth of its product line at select retail locations. As a Field Sales and Marketing Manager you will drive sales of our client's products by engaging consumers, educating, training, and building relationships at stores. Field Sales and Marketing Manager are responsible for product knowledge, demonstrating product, promotion, developing and building strong partnerships, and ultimately increasing product sales. The ideal candidate has a proven sales track record and is self-motivated, ambitious, committed to sales and driven to succeed. This person should also have strong communication skills with the confidence to influence key decision makers at the store level. They must possess excellent organizational skills and have the ability to complete daily procedures and responsibilities without direct supervision.

REQUIREMENTS: * Position will be responsible for driving sales of client's products within their assigned region. Must have the ability to educate and communicate product knowledge, overcome objections, and close sales.

* Position will also be responsible for demonstrating product to customers on a regular basis.

* Experienced knowledge of the consumer electronics industry and products.

* Strong selling techniques and the ability to build strong partnerships will be pivotal in this supporting role.

* Train retail sales people on technology product

* Individual will be responsible to effectively merchandise retail locations with visual displays and in-store promotional material. Will deploy launch materials and implement and troubleshoot visual merchandising.

* Position will be responsible for gathering, summarizing and reporting out on field and channel feedback and insights on a daily and weekly basis

* Position will work retail store hours including weekends up to 75%. Individual must spend 80% of time in retail stores.

* Ensure products are on display, functioning properly and presentable to customers. Take direction regarding tagging, rotating, and placing POS materials (provided)

* Individual will be responsible for coordinating and executing special awareness and sales events at retail locations

* Daily travel to retailers in assigned zone is required. (Occasional overnight travel may be required, especially during peak selling seasons)

* Must be available to regularly support weekend selling activities

* Must have a cell phone (smart phone preferred) and daily access to a computer with internet.

* Reliable access to transportation as needed to travel to/from stores, events, meetings etc.

* Individuals will work with Client Partnership Manager to facilitate and execute a sell through strategy to maximize the sales of client's products.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. In lieu of degree must have 4-6 years retail experience

* Retail expertise either directly with a retailer or with a Field Marketing agency.

* Strong skills with Microsoft Office suite including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access

* Thorough understanding of the consumer electronics space and visual merchandising in a retail sales environment

* Experience with/own home theatre/entertainment products

* Familiarity with the current/most popular home theatre/entertainment product categories

* Active interest in home theatre products, news and developments.

* Passion for technology - especially home theater/entertainment products.

* Sales background with minimum of 1 year direct sales experience. Focus on sales results and qualifying customers.

* Track record of meeting, and exceeding, sales goals

* Must have the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with CCS' management team, Retail Sales Associates, Retail Management Team and Customers, building strong working relationships.

* Must have the ability to educate and communicate product knowledge

* Must have excellent presentation skills

* Excellent communications skills required in order to build strong, collaborative partnerships

* Outgoing enthusiastic personality that is a self-starter that can work with minimal direct supervision.

* Strong persuasive skills that can effectively shift sales decisions

* Must be customer centric focused

* Must have the ability to motivate, influence and promote client's products to the consumers at the retail level

* Must have an understanding of upstream and downstream impacts and actions on the business, vendors and retailers

* Strong negotiation skills needed

* Excellent planning and organizational skills

* Position will work retail store hours including weekends up to 75%

* Daily travel to retailers in assigned zone is required

* Must have a valid driver's license

* Must be available for occasional overnight travel
