1. Prepares rotors for pressing on shaft and performs balancing operation.

2. Hand winds and wraps rotors/stators.

3. Prepares stators and wound rotors for dip & bake.

4. Dips & bakes stators and rotors.

5. Cleans varnish off stators and wound rotors.

6. Inserts stators into frame.

7. Coordinates face of order/bills of material to ensure correct assembly.

8. Performs final assembly of electric motors.

9. Performs testing analysis on each assembled motor.

10. Cut motor leads to proper length and tag according to specs.

11. Winding experience desired.

12. Electric motor and related subassembly experience desired.

13. Must be familiar with the use of precision instruments, gages, vibrometers and testing equipment.

14. Must be able to read blueprints, bills of material and face of order.

15. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

16. Must possess good hand/arm strength.

17. Must be able to work in environment of oil substances and solvents.

18. Must be able to work with fiberglass insulation.
