EXPERIENCE

Ø  Answer incoming telephone calls, and set appointments, as necessary.

Ø  Look up parts in computer and catalogs to wholesale and retail customers, provide quotes of parts/services and availability.

Ø  Special orders of merchandise; receive and fill orders.

Ø  Maintain retail sales floor of merchandising, pricing, and stock.

Ø  Place stock orders, check in freight, and stock shelves and sales floor.

Ø  Inventory control and posting of new receipts.

Ø  Training/managing employees

Ø  Pull stock orders, dispatch to delivery drivers and deliver products.

Ø  Package and ship packages of orders to customers.

Ø  Balanced daily cash reports with consistent high accuracy.

Ø  Prepare and present Treasurer’s Report; bank deposits; pay District’s bills; send Thank You cards; maintain petty cash; and maintain District’s funds.

Ø  Prepare repair order for client/vehicle and obtain any concerns to be addressed.

Ø  Maintain/type all notes necessary on repair orders, prepare estimates of labor and parts for services, call client to update/upsell service(s) and maintain authorization logs.

Ø  Dispatch repair orders and parts to technicians.

Ø  Maintain technicians work load and make sure performed as necessary and in a timely manner.

Ø  Verify statements from vendors and all parts are put on the correct repair orders.

Ø  Set up line of credit for clients, upon credit company approval.

Ø  Obtain client’s signature/initials of invoices, process cash/credit cards tendered, and file as necessary.

Ø  Return parts to proper vendors, and track the processing of returns.

Ø  Maintain general housekeeping, and make coffee.
